She received comprehensive training in coffee cultivation, sensory analysis, and quality management from an early age and has become a recognized expert in fermentation and process design.

After several years collaborating with various players in the specialty coffee industry and co-developing innovative processing methods, Ana María Trujillo returned to her hometown of Huila. With Finca Sinaloa, she is now realizing her own project – aiming to reveal the full potential of the varieties and the terroir through precise processing and controlled fermentation.

The work on Sinaloa is characterized bycareful selection, controlled fermentation processes and slow, monitored drying. Each step is deliberately designed to achieve clarity, balance, and sensory depth. Ana María understands fermentation not as an effect, but as a tool to specifically highlight origin, variety, and raw material quality.

FAQ

How will the goods be delivered?

We use DHL for shipments up to 30kg and GLS for shipments up to 35kg. Your order will be delivered to Ireland and Belgium via UPS.

When will my delivery be free?

Within Germany we ship your order free of charge for orders over 30€.

For the remaining EU countries, your order will be delivered free of charge for orders worth 150€ or more.

How long does it take until I receive my shipment?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. You should therefore expect a delivery time of 3-4 working days within Germany.

To other EU countries 4-6 working days. Switzerland and UK 5-8 working days.

Can I return the goods?

You can send the goods (provided they are unopened/unused) back to us via email within 14 days of notification. We will then process the return accordingly and arrange a refund.
