Eigenkreation der heute 15-jährigen Manuela Torres Gaviria:

Castillo natural, 36h aerob + 36h anaerob, slow-dry

Manuela Torres Gaviria, die weltweit jüngste AEROPRESS-CHAMPIONSHIP-GEWINNERIN, gewann mit 13 Jahren in 2022 den nationalen Wettbewerb in Kolumbien. Auf der Farm ihrer Familie hat sie mit nunmehr 15 Jahren ihre eigene Version eines exzellenten Aeropress Kaffees hergestellt:

Castillo, natural aufbereitet - 36 Stunden Fermentation on offenen Grainpro Säcken, dann durchgemischt und für weitere 36 Stunden geschlossen. Getrocknet auf den erhöhten Betten in einem Gewächshaus, bis sie 14% Feuchtigkeit aufweisen, dann werden sie in die unteren Betten gelegt um sie noch langsamer auf ca. 10% Feuchtigkeit zu trocknen. Diese Kaffeebohnen sind ihre "Babies", weshalb ihr sicher gehen könnt, dass sie diese alle 3 Stunden gewendet hat um komplett homogen zu trocknen. 

Manuela's Empfehlung für den Genuss dieses Kaffees ist eine mittlere Röstung und die Verwendung einer Aeropress mit einem Verhältnis von 1:11. Passt auch sehr gut zu V60 oder Chemex.

How will the goods be delivered?

We use DHL for shipments up to 30kg and GLS for shipments up to 35kg. Your order will be delivered to Ireland and Belgium via UPS.

When will my delivery be free?

Within Germany we ship your order free of charge for orders over 30€.

For the remaining EU countries, your order will be delivered free of charge for orders worth 150€ or more.

How long does it take until I receive my shipment?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. You should therefore expect a delivery time of 3-4 working days within Germany.

To other EU countries 4-6 working days. Switzerland and UK 5-8 working days.

Can I return the goods?

You can send the goods (provided they are unopened/unused) back to us via email within 14 days of notification. We will then process the return accordingly and arrange a refund.
