Original creation of 15-year-old Manuela Torres Gaviria:

Castillo natural, 36h aerobic + 36h anaerobic, slow-dry

Manuela Torres Gaviria, the world's youngest AEROPRESS CHAMPIONSHIP WINNER, won the national competition in Colombia in 2022 at the age of 13. On her family farm, now 15 years old, she has made her own version of an excellent Aeropress coffee:

Castillo, naturally processed - 36 hours of fermentation on open Grainpro bags, then mixed and closed for another 36 hours. Dried on raised beds in a greenhouse until they reach 14% moisture, then they are placed in lower beds to dry even more slowly to around 10% moisture. These coffee beans are her "babies", so you can be sure that she has turned them every 3 hours to ensure they dry completely homogeneously.

Manuela's recommendation for enjoying this coffee is a medium roast and using an Aeropress with a ratio of 1:11. Also goes very well with V60 or Chemex.

FAQ

How will the goods be delivered?

We use DHL for shipments up to 30kg and GLS for shipments up to 35kg. Your order will be delivered to Ireland and Belgium via UPS.

When will my delivery be free?

Within Germany we ship your order free of charge for orders over 30€.

For the remaining EU countries, your order will be delivered free of charge for orders worth 150€ or more.

How long does it take until I receive my shipment?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days. You should therefore expect a delivery time of 3-4 working days within Germany.

To other EU countries 4-6 working days. Switzerland and UK 5-8 working days.

Can I return the goods?

You can send the goods (provided they are unopened/unused) back to us via email within 14 days of notification. We will then process the return accordingly and arrange a refund.

Tolle Rohkaffeequalität und sehr lecker

Kaffee wurde im 1. Versuch auf 202 Grad geröstet und überzeugt mich im V60 bereits nach 4 Tagen schon. Klare Aromatik mit schöner Säure. Sehr lecker.
