BLACKMILL – Bio Panela 500g – unrefined whole cane sugar

Blackmill Bio Panela is made by an indigenous people in the state of Santander, Colombia. Panela is the solid part of the sugar cane juice after the water has been evaporated. In Colombia it is considered a national product, especially as "Aqua de Panela" hot drink, in which Panela is dissolved in water.
